Elm Tree, Henley-on-Thames

This grade II listed farmhouse is to undergo various extensions and refurbishment, including a glazed link to a new single-storey element with a basement level. The site levels are therefore paramount for the architect and engineer to understand how much soil is to be removed for the basement. All of this detail is surveyed and added to our drawing output.

The access to this site is also narrow and tricky to navigate, so the homeowner will be widening this approach. We, therefore, needed to provide all boundary information, levels, manmade features, trees, planting and more in this area.

Other key site constraints that needed to be accurately shown include the telegraph poles and septic tank.

All of our surveys will have PDF and DWG drawing outputs, and a link to a folder of site photos supplied within 5 days.
